APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE RESTORATIVE REPAIRS OF GIJIMA OFFICE PARK JUPITER BUILDING

Mowana Properties (Pty) Ltd (“Mowana Properties”) acting on behalf of Government Employees Pension Fund (“GEPF”) hereby extends the invitation to companies with the necessary expertise and experience for the following services: Restorative Repairs of Gijima Office Park Jupiter Building.

Bidders must meet the following BBBEE minimum requirement:

  • Bidder must have 51% Black* Ownership.

Mowana Properties is open to considering bidders who form or already have an existing Joint Venture agreement in place to achieve a 51% Black Ownership. For Joint Venture the following information is required:

  • Consolidated BEE certificate.
  • Ownership and Executive Management information.
  • A formally signed agreement indicating the leading company and percentage as well as the other company’s percentage, roles and responsibilities.

Minimum of CIDB Accreditation 6GB grading or Higher

Bidders must have a minimum of R10 000 000.00 Public Liability Insurance. Certified copy of the insurance document must be submitted.

Bidders must have an existing operational office in Gauteng. Proof of office location must be submitted with the Bid Response, e.g., lease agreement or municipal bill.

Failure to meet any of the above requirements will lead to an immediate disqualification.

CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS: 06 AUGUST 2019 AT 12H00.
NO LATE (FROM 12h01) SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. VALIDITY PERIOD: 90 DAYS
