The Wedge shopping Centre is a mixed use development with a strong retail component and a mix of some office, medical and gym spaces. The areas of the current shopping centre are:

From the initial design of the shopping centre there are two anchor stores which helps attracts traffic to the centre.
The refurbishment of the Centre brings about a new and modern look and feel that will attract and excite our customers.
With the 2 main anchors strategically positioned in the Centre, the design allows for a healthy pedestrian flow from one end to the other. This allows customers to be fully exposed to all the stores from beginning to end.
The Wedge Shopping Centre site is situated along Rivonia Road (M9), approximately four kilometres to the north of the commercial node of Sandton. Regional access is rendered by Rivonia Road, whilst Alon Road, Kelvin Drive and Summit Road serve as local collector roads as illustrated by the map below.
The vision for the site is focused on the creation of a vibrant, well-integrated mixed use precinct, including retail, offices, and a fitness centre to compliment the existing components already present on site.
Central to this vision are the following components and characteristics:
- Anchoring of the retail by a Small Regional Retail Centre including a diverse
- mix of retail offerings
- A range of medical services, potentially including a pharmacy, optometrist, dentist
- A walkable precinct with convenient and universally accessible pedestrian links from nearby taxi and bus stops stations
