Message from CEO Kevin Roman

Dear Colleagues

This, my last day at Mowana and the Pareto group, finds me with mixed emotions, sadness at leaving and excitement at what lies ahead.  Joining Pareto as its COO on the 1st July 2014 was a blessing, as I found myself in need of an opportunity to join an exciting and dynamic company, as I embraced this new beginning. It was also good to wear the landlord hat, instead of being in a servant role. A new challenge presented itself with the management of the PIC portfolio, which started in December 2015, with me spending five months, commuting to Menlyn from Sandton and becoming the CEO on the 1st March 2016.

I wish to thank you, one and all for the opportunity to work with you, offer mentorship, leadership and importantly to learn from all of you. A big thank you to our leadership, with our group CEO, Malose Kekana at the helm, the company will grow from strength to strength. A big thank you Malose, for your support, guidance and leadership. To my Mowana Exco and Opco colleagues, the Pareto Group Exco, thank you for the amount of effort that you put into the business of managing and growing Mowana and in particular sharing your knowledge and experience. My best wishes for a successful future for all of you.

I have no doubt that we will remain in touch and will see each other in the future.

In closing I wish to leave you with the following:
Faith gives us the courage to tackle the seemingly impossible, as well as the determination to see it through.
